Dawn Reep/Owner & Coach
Dawn founded CXA in 2006 after 32 years of cheerleading experience.
She has a total of 18 years coaching experience, 10 years tumbling experience and 2 years competitive tumbling experience. She served as head coach for Boger City Steelers from 1991-2004 and as head coach for Pumpkin Center Panthers from 2000-2004. She was a former cheerleader at Lincolnton Middle and High School from 1983-1988. She was captain during 4 of those years. She was named MVP 3 years, "Most Spirited" Senior Superlative in 1988 and All-American Cheerleader in 1987 and 1988. She was chosen as part of UCA's Summer Staff in 1988. Dawn recently attended an All-Star coaches convention in 2009 and has 8 Grand Championships and 2 National Titles with Xplosion Allstars!



Haley Furr/Coach
Haley has coached for Xplosion since 2006.
She has 12 years cheerleading experience. She was with Boger City Steelers and East Lincoln Optimist for 6 years and with the Carolina Cats All Stars for 6 years. She won numerous regional, state and national titles with Carolina Cats. She also had the opportunity to travel to Mexico with the Carolina Cats Open Team where they won International Titles. She was a member of Carolina Cats All Girl Stunt Team winning State and National Titles. Haley won the coaches choice award for Carolina Cats in 2001. She also has seven years of tumbling experience with Twist and Tuck, 4 of them being on their competition team. Attended an All-Star coaches convention in 2009.



Kynlon Reep/Coach
Kynlon has 12 years dance and cheerleading experience.
She cheered for Boger City Steelers (1998-2001) and was the captain for 2 of those years. She received the Black and Gold (BCS) Award in 2000 and was voted Most Valuable in 2001. She then went on to Pumpkin Center Panthers (2002-2004) and was their captain for 1 year
as well as being voted Most Valuable in 2003. From Pumpkin Center she went to North Lincoln Middle School and cheered for her school. (2004-2005). She continued her school spirit by cheering for North Lincoln High School from 2006-2009. There she received the Coaches Award in 2008. Kynlon was an Xplosion cheerleader from 2006-2009. She was also a member of the competitive dance team at Star Struck from 1998-2008 where she won numerous National Titles. She was an assistant teacher for Star Struck in 2006. Kynlon graduated from North Lincoln High School in 2009. She was a National Honor and Technical Student 2008-2009 and a NCHS Scholar Athlete. She is pursuing a degree in Dental Hygiene and made the Dean's List at UNCC for Fall 2009. 

Robb Webb/Tumble Instructor & Coach
Robb cheered for Freedom High School in 1990.
In 1998 and 1999 he was the assistant coach at Freedom. He is a former co-owner and tumble coach for Magic All Stars. Robb has coached teams to several National Titles. He has been a speaker at the National Cheer Conference for 9 years, as well as a speaker at Washington State Cheerleading coaches association (5 years) and many other conferences. Robb is USASF and USGA certified. He began coaching Xplosion in 2007 and choreographs numerous school and All Star teams.
